We know it's the boring bit, but things can go wrong on the odd occasion and we strive to be transparent:
Lost or Damaged items are compensated at three times the value of the "Cleaning cost" irrespective of value.
If an item is lost, we have a 90 return policy before compensation is paid out, as the item might return.
If an item is damaged by us through our negligence, payment is paid straight away.
If any damage was not by our negligence and we followed the care instructions us, we will compensate the cost two times the value of the cleaning cost
