Subscription Terms & Conditions
1. Collection & Delivery

The 24-Hour Guarantee: We aim to return all laundry within 24 hours of collection. In the rare event of a delay (e.g., extreme weather or vehicle breakdown), we will notify you immediately.

Access: Customers must ensure laundry is ready for collection at the agreed time and location. If a collection is missed because the laundry was inaccessible, a "missed collection" fee may apply.

2. Service Tiers & Usage

Foamy Heaven : gives WDF discounted prices, weekly collections.

Note: Any weight exceeding your plan limit will be charged at our subscription "per kg" rate.
3. Garment Care & Liability

Check Your Pockets: Soap & Suds is not responsible for damage caused by items left in pockets (e.g., pens, lip balm, coins) or for the loss of the items themselves.

Specialist Items: Please ensure all items are machine washable and tumble-dry safe. We cannot be held liable for damage to "Dry Clean Only" or high-risk delicate items included in a standard wash bag.
5. Payments & Cancellations

Billing: Subscriptions are billed weekly in advance via the card held on the system.

No Long-Term Tie-ins: We believe in our service, so we don't trap you in long contracts. You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time with [7/14] days' notice before your next billing cycle.

Refunds: We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused portions of a month if you cancel mid-cycle.
